EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Read through the rules listed below, taking notice of dates, deadlines, and action item requirements.

Sale Forms:  The department superintendent will give you both forms. Superintendents will have more information at check-in.

• The USDA Wholesome Meat Act form is due at fair weigh-in and is required for ALL market projects.

• Exhibitors will complete a Sale Intent form on the day of the market show.

Sale Pictures and Thank You Letters:

Sale pictures will be coordinated through the Superintendent.  All thank you letters must be complete for exhibitors to receive payment.
