With the COVID-19 cases surging heavily again in Thailand, there is no doubts that our accommodation such as Fitness or the shopping mall will be closed temporarily again. I am really not an athletic student. However, every once in a while I sometimes went to the fitness to walk on the treadmill for around half an hour. Now that the fitness is closed, I decided to plan a custom everyday workout for 2 weeks between the month of April and May in order to at least have some exercises apart from the online PE class. Online class makes me extremely lazy and I was doubtful if I can complete this schedule of 20 squats and jumping jacks everyday or not. However, I did manage to do the mentioned workout every single day until the end of my schedule.
