In the first weekend after the school year started, I attended a camp that is hosted by the tutor center I usually go to. The objective of this camp is for students to learn the basic skills of coding and constructing a working machine that is remotely controlled. We were assigned into groups of around 4 people. The process was a long one as there were problems we have with the coding. Nevertheless, in the end we were able to compare our product to the others which was a really fun experience.

On november 4th, I attended wells math competition with one of my friend. The competition was for Grade 11 and Grade 12. As a result, the questions that were given was quite rough as we did not really have an idea on how to solve it. However, we did managed to attempt some of it which we got correct. It was a good experience to enhance our math skill.

On the Wells Farmer Market, LOL also known as the Love Ocean Life club hosted a booth that sells drinks such as Soda and facepainting of sealife. I was in charge of being the cashier of the booth for the time slot I was assigned. The only challenge I seemed to face was the weather which was scorching hot. In the end, we managed to sold a lot of drinks to mainly the primary students.

During the last week of school, the BDFY hosted an origami workshop which I did not attend as I had a make up test that I needed to do. So instead, I went to a mall with a friend of mine to do the origami with. The process of making a star-shaped origami can be confusing at first but eventually, I was able to find the pattern to it and completed many of it with ease. I found it to be a unique hobby that you can create many arts with it. After making around 10 stars, I put all of them in a sphere that you can hang as an ornament. Overall, it is a very calm and concise hobby that I am looking forward to do again.
