On my free time, I often go the gym at my condo with the objective of losing weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The exercises i mainly do is cardio by running on the threadmills for around 40 minutes daily. However, i do not have a fixed schedule on what time to the gym but will plan to develop one in the future.
