This is our second year of Lor Dor and our first year of doing in on the campus. The lesson takes place from morning until evening on every Saturday for a period of 5 weeks. Waking up early every Saturday is no easy task but it does make me feel more productive in a way. During the lessons, we performed many physical activities that would help us improve as a man and a soldier. Even though it was tiring, it was a fun and unique and experience.

I found my interest in the sports of table tennis as I have always seen my dad being very good at the sport and seeing him play has inspired me to start training with him every Saturday from 6-9 pm everyday. I feel like the sport is much more relaxed compared to others. I started off struggling to even get the ball to the other side of the net. However, as time goes by, I feel like I have learned a lot and that table tennis is really the sport that I can strive to master it.

In the middle of the first semester of senior year, I was persuaded by one of my friends to buy a gym membership. I initially did not put much thought into it since I did not care much about maintaining a good physique or the need to train strength. However, after a couple of gym sessions, I found it to be a very enjoyable activity that I can use to kill time and maintain my health. Although I struggle to do a few of the workouts due to my form being incorrect as time goes by I found myself increasing the weight that I can lift.
