Just as we are all unique in body, we are also unique in our financial situations. Because of this, Body Mind Integrity uses a tiered pricing policy: Standard, Partial reduced, Reduced.
The one hour pricing for both Shiatsu and Craniosacral are:
Standard: $125
Partial reduced: $100
Reduced: $75
The 90-minute Shiatsu plus Craniosacral sessions are $175 per session.
The 2-hour Shiatsu plus Craniosacral sessions are $225 per session.

Trust is implicit in this form of pricing. No documentation is required. Each person decides what they are able to pay based on the tier that is most accessible to them. I have found this document helpful to decide what tier to use. The pricing does not affect the bodywork received.
Some people may find that they are not able to meet the lowest tier. If that is your current situation, please reach out to me directly to see what else is possible.
Referrals--$10 off your next session.
Do you love shiatsu and craniosacral therapy and want others to benefit as well? Tell your friends, coworkers, family members, and others about Body Mind Integrity. When these people come to receive shiatsu or craniosacral therapy because of your referral, you will receive $10 off your next session. Thank you!
Sometimes, finances stand in the way of people getting the bodywork that they need. Because of this, I have set up a Community Fund.
People who understand the benefits of shiatsu and craniosacral therapy and have the means and desire to support others to receive these types of bodywork can give to the Community Fund.
If this is something that you would like to participate in, you can use the following payment methods and mark it as "Community Fund."
Zelle (937) 267-4343
Venmo @bodymindintegrity
If you have a session booked with me, you can also simply add what you would like on to your payment after the session.
This money will go directly to pay for sessions for those who currently do not have means to do so.
In a commitment to transparency, I will make my Community Fund financial records available to those who ask.
Appointment times and payments.
Appointments are for one hour unless previously agreed upon by client and practitioner. Each session will begin with a 5-10 minute intake where the client shares their desires and goals for the session and the practitioner makes necessary assessments.
Clients who arrive late to their appointment will receive the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If the practitioner is late, clients will receive a full 60-minute session, or the session rate will be discounted.
Clients are responsible to pay the full session amount if they cancel their appointment within 24 hours unless there is an emergency.
Clothing and masks.
Please bring or wear stretchy comfortable clothes for the session.
Masks are welcome to be worn by clients but not required. The practitioner will wear a mask during the session.
Agency, consent, inclusion, and respect: key components of the Body Mind Integrity space.
Clients have ultimate agency during the session and have the right to opt in or out of any therapeutic practices.
The practitioner will periodically ask for consent, both verbally and somatically throughout the session.
Both client and practitioner have the right to terminate the session or the therapeutic relationship for any reason. If the practitioner terminates the relationship, they have the responsibility to provide appropriate referrals.
All bodies, identities, and conditions are welcome and respected in the Body Mind Integrity space.
Other rights and responsibilities.
The practitioner will remain within her scope of practice (shiatsu, craniosacral).
The practitioner will do their own work around anti-racism and anti-oppression so that they can hold the safest space possible for clients marginalized identities.
The client will refrain from alcohol or drug use on the day of the session, prior to the session.
Clients who identify as survivors of trauma are encouraged to see a talk therapist or other therapeutic modalities to support what is done through shiatsu and/or craniosacral therapy.
