Project objectives
O1. increasing European HEIs’ capacity to arm current and future students with the mindset and competences needed in modern international businesses
O2. creating a European Community of Practice in business education, organizing together European level business negotiation competitions
O3. helping companies to recruit talents after seeing them “hands-on” in local and European online business negotiation competitions. This will also enhance students’ employability already in the short-term.
