The BNCOW - Business Negotiation Competencies in Online World project is coordinated by Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca through Professor Dan-Cristian Dabija, Ph.D. The initiative aims to support students in developing negotiation skills adapted to the international context, which is marked by the acceleration of digitisation and globalisation processes. It represents a partnership with three other prestigious universities from Finland, Germany, and Austria.

[2] In April 2025 the BNCOW Team participated in a dissemination and multiplication event organised during Arrtist Circus 2025 (https://www.arrtist-circus.com/speakers) and presented the results of the project within a workshop moderated by Timo Holopainen and Hari Lappaleinen.
[3] The BNCOW Team participated in a Multiplication Event during the European Sales Competition 2025 in Graz Austria, where the results of the BNCOW project were presented and it an agreement with the European Sales Competition was established so that the best practices, procedures and materials developed for the BNCOW project will be included in the portfolio of ESCA
