This is a lab course. We will attempt to give compositional semantics skills to the minimalist parser developed at the Linguistic Department in Göttingen. In a nutshell, we will try to sketch out some basic rules of semantic composition and functional application to the minimalist parser, which as of yet only merges constituents in a semantically blind fashion and computes feature dependencies among lexical units.
