This semester in PE, I learned a lot about staying active, getting fitter, and working as part of a team. We practiced different skills, and I started to see how important exercise is for both my body and my mind. I also learned more about setting goals and pushing myself a little more each class.
Some parts of PE went really well for me. I liked doing the activity logs because they helped me stay on track and stay motivated. I also enjoyed the fitness routine days, even though they were sometimes tough. There were moments when I felt tired or had trouble keeping up, but I kept trying and gave my best effort.
Overall, PE taught me that I can do more than I thought if I stay focused and keep pushing myself. Being active also helps me feel more confident and energetic during the day. Next semester, I want to keep improving my fitness, try my best in every activity, and stay positive even when workouts get hard. I also want to keep building healthy habits that will help me now and in the future.
