Social/Emotional Development
By the end of the 2021-2022 school year, 75 percent of kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders will be able to identify four or more emotions.
By the end of the 2021-2022 school year, 90 percent of students in each grade level will be able to identify two or more healthy strategies they can utilize when they become dysregulated.
Academic Development
By the end of the 2021-2022 school year, 80 percent of 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders will be able to describe how they can develop a growth mindset.
Career Development
During the 2021-2022 school year, Ms. Deason will provide a minimum of two classroom lessons at each grade level (K-5) related to career exposure and higher education opportunities. These lessons will be aligned to the Missouri Comprehensive School Counseling Program Grade Level Expectations.
By the end of the 2021-2022 school year, 95 percent of students in each grade level will identify at least one career they are interested in at this time in their life.
