Jesus was God's plan to rescue His people. He shared this news with Isaiah, who was a prophet, many years before Jesus was born. God was going to send a King to be their Redeemer - their Rescuer! This King would be perfect so He could stand in their place and take on their sin and restore their relationship with God.

Talk God knew that from the very beginning that people would sin, so he had a plan to save us. What was God's plan? What does it mean to have Jesus as our rescuer?
