Price-bed Analysis

Goal: To understand how the room type and the number of brdrooms and beds affect the price.

1. What is the average price according to the number of badrooms and beds I choose?

2. How many properties with a certain number of bedrooms are there in each room type?

3. How do factors such as room type, number of bedrooms, and number of reviews impact the average price and rating of properties?

4. Based on the rating range I choose, what are the prices of the properties?

5. What is the average price according to the room type I choose?

Conclusions:

1. The average price for properties where the number of bedrooms and the number of beds is 5 is 667.22$.

2. When the number of bedrooms and beds is 2, there are 1344 of  'Entire home/apt'  type rooms, 48 of the private room type, and 2 of the hotel type.

3. The 'private room' type with the lowest average price (16) and rating is (0) has 1 bedroom, 2 reviews and the availability is about 14 properties.

4. A customer interested in a property with one bedroom and one bed with a high rating (5), the lowest average price is 20 $ and the room type will be a 'private room'.

5. Property with the highest price (10000), is a 'Entire home/apt' with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, no reviews, and a rating of 4.93.
