Goal: Analyze demand and availability based on neighborhood and property type.

1. What is the maximum availability of properties in different neighborhoods based on room type and the number of reviews in the past year?

2. What is the average availability of properties in different neighborhoods based on room type and the number of reviews in the past year?

3. How does availability vary by room type?

4. Does higher review count per year correlate with lower availability?

5. In each neighborhood I choose, how many properties are there in each room type?

Conclusions:

1. When room type is 'Hotel room' , there are 5 possible neighborhoods to choose from. The highest average price for a 'Hotel room' is in the 'Uptown' neighborhood ($484).

2. In the 'Avondale' neighborhood, there are room type: 'Private room' (19) and an 'Entire home/ apt' (146).

3. There is one property that his number of reviews is 885. It is located in the 'Near North Side' neighborhood, it is a 'Hotel room' room type and its rating is 4.51.

4. The neighborhood with the lowest rating is the 'Clearing' neighborhood (0.96).

5. In the 'New City' neighborhood, there are only room type- 'Private room' (31), and all of them have 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
