Difference Between Neighborhoods 

Goal: Understand the differences between neighborhoods.

1. What is the maximum price based on the neighborhood, room type, and the minimum number of nights that can be booked?

2. What is the average price based on the neighborhood, room type, and the minimum number of nights that can be booked?

3. How many properties are there based on the neighborhood, property type, and the minimum number of nights that can be booked?

4. For each selected neighborhood, how many properties exist for each property type?

5. When I choose which neighborhood I want the property in, how many bathrooms do I have as an option?

Conclusions:

1. When room type is 'Entire home/apt' the highest average price of properties in in neighborhood 'Clearing' (409.5$)

2. The maximum number of properties (960) is in the neighborhood 'Near North Side'.

3. In the neighborhood 'West Town', the highest average price of properties of the room type is 'Entire home/apt' (336.7$).

4. When the minimum nights is 1125 days, there are 7 properties available. In all of the properties,  room type is 'private room' and in the 'East Garfield Park' neighborhood.

5. When room type is 'Shered room', there are 86 properties available. These properties have 0, 1, 2 or 4 bathrooms.
