Conclusions:
When room type is 'Entire home/apt' the highest average price of properties in in neighborhood 'Clearing' (409.5$)
The maximum number of properties (960) is in the neighborhood 'Near North Side'.
In the neighborhood 'West Town', the highest average price of properties of the room type is 'Entire home/apt' (336.7$).
When the minimum nights is 1125 days, there are 7 properties available. In all of the properties, room type is 'private room' and in the 'East Garfield Park' neighborhood.
When room type is 'Shered room', there are 86 properties available. These properties have 0, 1, 2 or 4 bathrooms.
