Conclusions:

1. The room type that gets the highest rating (5) is 'Entire home/apt' and its maximum price is 5,729.

2.  The room type with the lowest minimum number of nights is 'Hotel Room', for this property the average availability is 233.4 nights, the average price is 187.73 $, and the maximum price is 542 $.

3. The type of room with the highest number of reviews (3194) is a 'hotel room', its average rating is 4.51, its average price is $159, and it has one bed.

4. The most common number of beds in a 'private room' is 1 and the average price is 82.5 $.

5. In the properties where there is no review, the average price and the average room availability by room type is: 'Entire home/apt' - average price: $263.77, average availability: $235.33, 'private room' - average price: $141.43 and average availability: $221.47, 'shared room' - average price: $66.38 and the average availability: 237.16.
