BeYou Workshops at the 14th Belgrade Gymnasium

As part of the Erasmus+ project BeYou – Empowering Young Women through Natural Beauty, Creative Station organized workshops at the 14th Belgrade Gymnasium, aimed at female students who showed great interest in topics related to personal development, self-confidence, and media literacy.

During the workshops, students had the opportunity to explore the project’s goals and activities, and to actively participate in discussions on self-acceptance, critical analysis of media content, and building self-confidence among young women. Through group work, personal reflections, and peer exchange, the girls were encouraged to openly talk about the challenges they face in everyday life and how they perceive themselves.

One of the key aims of the workshops was to collect feedback and suggestions from the participants to improve the online educational materials being developed within the project. Special attention was given to connecting young women, enabling them to support each other, share experiences, and build a healthier self-image together.

We would like to express our gratitude to the 14th Belgrade Gymnasium for the warm welcome, support, and openness to cooperation. By providing space for such activities, the school contributes to creating a safe and encouraging environment for young people’s personal growth.

The BeYou project aims to empower young women by promoting natural beauty, emotional resilience, and mutual support, and these workshops represent an important step toward achieving that goal.

BeYou Workshops at Střední zdravotnická škola a Vyšší odborná škola zdravotnická, Plzeň

On May 28th, 2025, Střední zdravotnická škola a Vyšší odborná škola zdravotnická, Plzeň held a memorable BeYou workshop dedicated to exploring natural beauty, self-worth, and women’s empowerment. The event created a supportive and safe space where women could open up, reflect, and grow—both individually and as a community.

💬 What Happened:

• They kicked off with an open discussion about what natural beauty means and how each of us perceives it.

• Participants shared personal stories and moments of vulnerability, helping create a deep sense of connection.

• They used Mentimeter to gather real-time reflections on beauty standards, confidence, and self-love.

• Through creative activities and group work, the women expressed themselves beyond words—using art, movement, and storytelling.

• The workshop ended with a powerful circle of support, where each woman affirmed her strengths and values.

On May 30h, 2025, we embarked on a meaningful journey at the BeYou workshop focused on natural beauty, self-confidence, and women’s solidarity. We created a safe and supportive space for participants to grow, share, and express themselves both individually and as a community.

💬 What Happened at the Workshop?

We began by discussing what natural beauty means to each person.

Participants shared personal experiences and heartfelt stories, building strong connections.

Using Mentimeter, we gathered real-time thoughts on beauty standards, self-love, and confidence.

Through creative activities involving art, movement, and storytelling, participants expressed their feelings.

The workshop ended with a supportive sharing circle where everyone voiced their own value and strength.

In an atmosphere filled with sincerity and strength, participants had the opportunity to better understand and accept themselves:

As part of the Erasmus+ project BeYou – Empowering Young Women through Natural Beauty, an inspiring workshop was held at Casa Eslava, focusing on themes of natural beauty, self-confidence, and mutual support. The event brought together young participants, mostly women in their early twenties, creating a safe and encouraging environment to explore identity and inner value.

Workshop Flow

The session began with an open conversation about the meaning of natural beauty and how each participant relates to it. Personal stories and experiences were shared, fostering trust, empathy, and authenticity.

Using the Mentimeter tool, participants shared anonymous thoughts on beauty standards, self-worth, and personal strength, enriching the group discussion.

Creative activities – including drawing, movement, and storytelling – provided space for personal expression and emotional connection.

The workshop concluded with a sharing circle, where each participant highlighted her strengths and affirmed her unique identity and self-worth.

Key Outcomes

Participants left the workshop feeling:
