The BeYou Self-Reflection Tool is an interactive digital resource designed to help young women explore self-awareness, self-acceptance, and media literacy in the context of beauty standards and personal confidence. Developed as part of the BeYou project, this tool serves as a structured guide for users to critically assess the societal messages they receive, recognize their own strengths, and foster a positive, empowered self-image.
