VIP Membership Agreement

This VIP Membership Agreement / Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") applies to BerryCam VIP memberships, subscriptions, virtual coins, gifts, and other paid digital services offered within BerryCam.

By purchasing or using any paid feature, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable Google Play policies.

1. Paid Services

BerryCam may offer:

• VIP membership

• Weekly subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions

• Virtual coins

• Virtual gifts

• Premium profile, chat, call, or social features

• Other digital items or in-app products

Available benefits, prices, and billing terms are shown in the app before purchase.

2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

VIP subscriptions may be offered on a weekly or monthly auto-renewing basis.

Unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and your Google Play account will be charged according to the selected plan.

Subscription pricing and billing periods may vary by region, promotion, platform rules, or product offering.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your Google Play account subscription settings.

Deleting the BerryCam app, logging out, or deleting your BerryCam account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You are responsible for canceling through Google Play before renewal.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid subscription benefits until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated by Google Play policy.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law.

Except where required by law or Google Play policy:

• Subscription payments are non-refundable after purchase or renewal.

• Virtual coins, gifts, and digital items are non-refundable.

• Used, consumed, expired, or delivered digital benefits are non-refundable.

• We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with matches, replies, calls, popularity, relationships, or other social outcomes.

5. No Guaranteed Results

VIP membership, virtual coins, gifts, and paid features may enhance access to certain functions, but BerryCam does not guarantee:

• More matches

• More replies

• Successful calls

• Increased popularity

• User attention

• Romantic, social, or personal outcomes

• Availability or conduct of other users

Paid features do not entitle users to violate our Terms, Community Guidelines, or safety policies.

6. Virtual Coins and Gifts

Virtual coins and gifts are digital items for use only within BerryCam. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money unless expressly permitted by BerryCam and applicable law.

We may modify, limit, suspend, expire, or discontinue virtual items where necessary for legal, operational, safety, or policy reasons.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms, Community Guidelines, CSAE Policy, fraud rules, payment rules, or law, you may lose access to VIP benefits, coins, gifts, and other paid features without refund, except where required by law.

8. Price and Feature Changes

We may change subscription prices, product features, membership benefits, or paid service availability from time to time. Any price changes for auto-renewing subscriptions will be handled according to Google Play rules.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Google Play or applicable payment providers. BerryCam does not collect or store your full payment card details.
