These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BerryCam, including our mobile application, websites, services, features, content, subscriptions, virtual items, and related products ("Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using BerryCam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BerryCam is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using BerryCam, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using BerryCam. We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe belongs to a minor or is used to interact with minors unlawfully.
You may sign in using email, Google login, or guest access where available. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account, impersonate another person, create fake identities, or use another user's account without permission.
BerryCam allows users to match, chat, upload profile content, maintain albums, send messages, and use voice or video calling features.
You understand that interactions with other users are at your own risk. BerryCam does not guarantee the identity, intentions, behavior, availability, or compatibility of any user.
If you choose to meet another user offline, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you:
Meet only in public places
Tell a trusted person where you are going
Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or location information
Do not send money or financial details to other users
Leave immediately if you feel unsafe
Report suspicious, abusive, exploitative, or illegal behavior
BerryCam is not responsible for offline interactions between users.
You are responsible for content you upload, send, display, or share through BerryCam, including photos, videos, messages, voice content, profile information, and reports.
You represent that you own or have permission to use your content and that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or our CSAE Policy.
You grant BerryCam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, process, moderate, and use your content as necessary to operate, improve, protect, and promote the Service.
You must not:
Use BerryCam if you are under 18
Upload, request, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
Exploit, groom, endanger, harass, threaten, blackmail, or abuse any person
Share nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content where prohibited by our policies
Promote prostitution, trafficking, escort services, or sexual services
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Upload illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content
Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate users
Share another person's private information without consent
Record calls or capture private content without consent where prohibited by law
Send spam, scams, phishing links, malware, or fraudulent offers
Manipulate purchases, virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, or platform systems
Attempt to bypass moderation, bans, security controls, or access restrictions
Use BerryCam for illegal purposes
BerryCam provides reporting and blocking features. You may report users, content, messages, calls, suspected underage use, harassment, scams, exploitation, or other violations.
We may review reports and take action, including content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement or child safety organizations where appropriate.
Blocking prevents certain interactions with another user but may not remove prior messages or content from all records.
We may monitor, review, remove, restrict, or preserve content and account activity to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate reports, comply with law, or improve safety.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we believe a user violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, CSAE Policy, law, or safety standards.
We are not obligated to provide prior notice before enforcement action where safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity is involved.
BerryCam may offer VIP membership, weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, virtual coins, gifts, and other in-app purchases.
Subscription benefits, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period according to Google Play rules.
Virtual coins, gifts, and digital items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are generally non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or applicable platform policy.
BerryCam does not guarantee that VIP membership, coins, gifts, or paid features will result in more matches, replies, calls, popularity, relationships, or any specific outcome.
Payments are processed through Google Play or applicable payment providers. You must comply with their terms and payment rules.
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription through your Google Play account subscription settings. Deleting the app or deleting your BerryCam account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law. BerryCam does not guarantee refunds unless required by law or platform policy.
BerryCam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your expectations.
We do not guarantee matches, conversations, calls, relationships, user availability, user authenticity, or any social result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BerryCam and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, emotional distress, offline incidents, or user conduct.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using BerryCam.
You may stop using BerryCam at any time and may delete your account inside the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk, break the law, misuse paid features, or harm other users or the Service.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of BerryCam at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.
