BerryCam is an adults-only social and chat community. These Community Guidelines explain the behavior expected from all users. By using BerryCam, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and CSAE Policy.
BerryCam is only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not allowed. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Do not interact sexually with anyone you know or suspect may be under 18.
If you believe a user is underage, report the account immediately through the app or contact qungaoxy@quantumbytltd.com.
Users must treat others with respect. The following behavior is prohibited:
Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or stalking
Hate speech or discrimination
Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual messages
Repeated unwanted contact
Humiliation, blackmail, coercion, or manipulation
Sharing private information without consent
BerryCam does not allow:
Child sexual abuse or exploitation
Sexual content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors
Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
Non-consensual intimate content
Threats to expose private images or messages
Sexual coercion, trafficking, prostitution, or escort promotion
Requests for illegal sexual activity
Adult users are responsible for ensuring all interactions are lawful, consensual, and compliant with BerryCam policies.
You must not upload or display:
Content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context
Illegal, violent, hateful, or exploitative content
Non-consensual intimate images
Impersonation or fake identity content
Private information of another person
Scams, spam, links to malware, or fraudulent promotions
Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Profile photos, videos, and albums may be reviewed or removed if they violate these Guidelines.
During chats, voice calls, and video calls, users must not:
Harass, threaten, or pressure others
Record or share private conversations without consent where prohibited
Send explicit content without consent
Request or send illegal content
Solicit money, gifts, financial details, or personal data through deceptive means
Move users to external platforms for scams, exploitation, or policy evasion
BerryCam provides reporting and blocking tools.
You should report:
Suspected minors
Harassment or threats
Sexual exploitation or CSAE concerns
Scams or fraud
Fake profiles or impersonation
Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Inappropriate photos, videos, messages, voice, or call behavior
Blocking another user helps prevent further unwanted contact. Reports help BerryCam review and enforce safety rules.
BerryCam may take action for violations, including:
Warning
Content removal
Feature restriction
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Purchase or payment restriction
Reporting to law enforcement or child protection authorities where appropriate
Serious violations, especially CSAE, exploitation, threats, fraud, or illegal conduct, may result in immediate permanent removal.
BerryCam does not verify every user's identity, background, intentions, or offline behavior. If you meet someone offline, you do so at your own risk.
For safety:
Meet in a public place
Tell someone you trust
Do not share financial details
Do not send money
Arrange your own transportation
Leave if you feel unsafe
Report suspicious or dangerous behavior
Do not misuse BerryCam systems. Prohibited conduct includes:
Creating multiple abusive accounts
Evading bans
Manipulating matching, payments, coins, gifts, or subscriptions
Using bots, scripts, scraping, or automated access
Uploading malware or harmful links
Interfering with app security or operation
