CSAE Policy

BerryCam is strictly committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"). This CSAE Policy explains our zero-tolerance approach, prohibited conduct, reporting options, and enforcement measures.

BerryCam is an adults-only service. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use BerryCam.

1. Zero Tolerance

BerryCam has zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material

• Sexual content involving minors

• Grooming or attempted grooming

• Sexual solicitation of minors

• Sextortion, blackmail, or coercion involving minors

• Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of children

• Any attempt to contact, lure, exploit, or abuse a minor

Any such conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibition on Minors

Minors are not allowed to create accounts or use BerryCam. If we identify or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and restrict access.

If you believe a user is under 18, report the account through the in-app reporting tools or contact us at qungaoxy@quantumbytltd.com.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users must not upload, send, request, promote, discuss, or distribute:

• Any sexual content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor

• Images, videos, audio, text, drawings, AI-generated content, or links involving child sexual exploitation

• Requests for nude, sexual, or intimate content from minors

• Attempts to move conversations with suspected minors to other platforms

• Instructions, fantasies, roleplay, or coded language involving sexual exploitation of children

• Content that normalizes, encourages, or jokes about child abuse or exploitation

4. Reporting Mechanism

BerryCam provides in-app reporting tools for users to report suspicious, abusive, exploitative, illegal, or unsafe behavior. Users may also report CSAE concerns directly by email:

Reports should include, where available:

• The reported user's profile information

• Screenshots or description of the incident

• Message, image, video, call, or profile details

• Time and date of the incident

Do not share or forward child sexual abuse material except as required through official reporting channels. If you encounter such content, report it immediately.

5. Platform Review and Enforcement

When we receive a CSAE-related report or detect suspected CSAE activity, we may:

• Review account activity, profile content, messages, media, and reports

• Remove violating content

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

• Restrict device, login, or payment access

• Preserve relevant evidence where legally permitted or required

• Report suspected CSAE to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other appropriate authorities

• Cooperate with lawful investigations

6. User Responsibility

All users are responsible for maintaining a safe adult community. Users must not interact sexually with anyone they know or suspect to be under 18. Users must report suspected minors, exploitation, grooming, or abuse immediately.

Failure to report dangerous conduct, or attempting to conceal or participate in it, may result in enforcement action.
