BerryCam ("BerryCam," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use BerryCam, including our mobile application, services, features, and related content.
By using BerryCam, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BerryCam is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data.

BerryCam supports private chat, voice calls, and video calls. We may process communications data to provide these features, maintain safety, investigate abuse, and enforce our policies.
If you purchase VIP membership, virtual coins, gifts, or other in-app products, payment processing is handled through Google Play or applicable payment providers. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, product type, and related records, but we do not receive your full payment card information.

IP address
Device identifiers or app instance identifiers
Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
Login timestamps and security-related records
Push notification token, if notifications are enabled
BerryCam may request access to sensitive permissions only when needed:
Camera: used to take profile photos, capture images or videos, and support video calling.
Photo or media library: used to upload profile photos, album images, videos, or chat media.
Microphone: used for voice messages, voice calls, and video calls.
Push notifications: used to send chat alerts, call notifications, account notices, safety updates, and service messages.
BerryCam does not use location permission and does not access your contacts.
We use information to:
Create, authenticate, and manage accounts
Provide matching, chat, voice call, video call, profile, album, VIP, virtual item, and in-app purchase features
Display user profiles and enable user interaction
Send push notifications and service messages
Process purchases, subscriptions, virtual coins, gifts, and membership benefits
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, underage use, sexual exploitation, and other harmful conduct
Review reports and enforce our Terms, Community Guidelines, and CSAE Policy
Improve app performance, reliability, safety, and user experience
Provide customer support
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following situations:
With service providers who help us operate hosting, analytics, customer support, security, payment validation, notifications, and technical infrastructure
With Google Play or payment processors to complete purchases and subscriptions

BerryCam provides reporting and blocking tools. Users may report profiles, messages, images, videos, calls, suspected underage users, harassment, sexual exploitation, illegal content, impersonation, fraud, or other violations.
We may review reported content, account information, and related activity. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.
Some information may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes.
You may delete your account inside the BerryCam app through the account deletion function. After you submit a deletion request, we will process the request within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law, safety obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment record requirements.
After account deletion:
Your profile will no longer be publicly available.
Your access to the account will be disabled.
Personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where legally and technically possible.
Some messages, reports, transaction records, moderation logs, or safety records may be retained where necessary.

BerryCam does not currently display third-party advertisements.
BerryCam is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service. If you believe a minor is using BerryCam, please report the account in the app or contact us at qungaoxy@quantumbytltd.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of BerryCam after changes means you accept the updated policy.
