• Each family in the school gives $15.  This $15 covers the dues for the entire family.  Parents DO NOT have to pay $15 per child they have enrolled in the school.

• The dues cover the costs of all the efforts of the PTO which add to the experience of all students and families.  Because of this, PTO dues are not just for those who are coming to the meeting but for everyone in the BES community.

• Families are more than welcome to donate additional funds to the PTO to help accomplish goals.

• Dues are deposited into the PTO account.  The money helps with the function of the PTO and to ensure that all students and families are able to have the best experiences possible. 

• PTO hosts a lot of activities ranging from movie nights to festivals.  Our goal isn’t always to make money but to make sure that students can have fun and families can bond.  PTO Dues help to cover the costs of those events. 

• PTO has supported the school by buying speaker systems, risers, playground equipment, and allotting $1000 for each grade to go on field trips and have enriching experiences each year.
