This is a great yearly event at the beginning of the school year. Families can come mingle, students can connect, and we can build relationships! Benvenue Elementary School has amazing families and City of Rocky Mount, has great facilities and staff!

    • Kids showed up nervous about having no friends. They leave with many.

    • Families connect to one another.

    • Families learn about community resources and how other families can help connect them.

    • Neighbors meet for the first time and bond.

    • Families join the PTO

    • New families from other states and schools meet BES families and students for the first time.

We REALLY like the staff and leadership of BES but we are so glad we also have opportunities to connect as parents and students. We are truly a community.
