PTO meetings are a way to get connected to other parents, help coordinate what the PTO will be doing for the year, and to stay up to date with PTO business! 

Board Meetings

•  PTO Board meetings are hosted every third Monday 6pm-7pm via zoom. 

• These meetings discuss the business of PTO. 

• They are informational and based on planning events, activities, and other PTO business.

Committee Meetings

• Committee meetings are determined by the committee chair

• They focus specifically on things a committee manages. 

• Will be determined over time and as those teams schedule them based on the availability of people connected to those areas.

Connect Meetings 

• Geared toward connecting to each other, relationship building, and general family information. 

• Focus on other aspects of the PTO

•  Days and times for those meetings may shift to accommodate as many parents as possible.
