Summer 2025 Registration will open Feb. 2025
Our awesome rashguards make it easy to find your child while paddleboarding!
Belmar Junior Lifeguards have one vendor for required uniforms. Uniforms are required for practice and tournaments in order to keep our junior lifeguards safe and visible from other children on the beach.
Uniforms for Summer 2025 are only available for purchase directly through Watermen. If you have purchased a uniform in previous summers, you do not need to buy another one.
A uniform sizing kit is available at the Recreation Office (601 Main Street).
Sizing can be challenging, so it is essential to try on a uniform before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit.
To schedule a fitting (Monday-Friday), please contact Barry Trogu Recreation Department - 732-681-3700 EXT: 211 or via email : recreation@belmar.com

Our awesome uniforms in action!
The goal of requiring a standard uniform is to ensure safety, unity, and easy identification of participants.
No. While the local option worked well last year for some families, it was also challenging for many parties involved. To streamline the process this year, we are continuing with the official uniform supplier directly through Waterman.
To assist with sizing, a sizing kit is available at the recreation department for families to try on suits before ordering. Additionally, shipping is free this year, as all orders will be sent directly to the borough.
To schedule a fitting (Monday-Friday), please contact Barry Trogu Recreation Department - 732-681-3700 EXT: 211 or via email : recreation@belmar.com.
