THE COURSE & EXPECTATIONS

This class is designed to help you learn and to prepare you for success in all of your classes. We will combine time to work on assignments with active instruction. After completing the entry task, students will have approximately 70 minutes to work on homework/study. Students are expected to use this time productively. Students who do not have specific assignments should come prepared to read, review a chapter of a textbook or review their notes. Absence of any work brought in by the student will result in added assignments. This is a graded class and students must be productive the entire period. Students may also use this class period to access their “extended time on tests” accommodation.
