This project was an experiment with packaging and how to convey specific messages while still adhering to brand values and guidelines. The promotion that was focused on for the packaging was about how KFC is going green.
The idea behind the promotional packaging was to communicate how KFC going green will impact the communities in South Africa and why going green is important and how it helps everyone. Finding a fun and interesting style that complements that of KFC while communicating the message effectively was a fun and welcome challenge. Working with a set colour pallette is helpful and helps a designer focus on how to effectively use style, line and colour.
