When looking at all of the students at Worcester Technical High School, 17% of students exceeded expectations, 52% met expectations, 26% partially met expectations, and 6% did not meet expectations. When looking at all students in Massachusetts, 19% of students exceeded expectations, 45% of students met expectations, 27% of students partially met expectations, and 9% did not meet expectations. Overall, WTHS followed the trends of the state while performing a few percentage points better in all categories.

When looking at all of the students at Worcester Technical High School, 8% of students exceeded expectations, 44% met expectations, 40% partially met expectations, and 8% did not meet expectations. When looking at all students in Massachusetts, 11% of students exceeded expectations, 41% of students met expectations, 36% of students partially met expectations, and 12% did not meet expectations. Overall, WTHS followed the trends of the state while performing a few percentage points better in all categories.

According to the DESE website, the percentage of grade nine students who passed all of their courses is 87.3%. When comparing male to female students there is no significant difference with percentages of 87.2% (male) and 87.3% (female). Economically disadvantaged students pass at a slightly higher rate of 87.9% when compared to the overall, and high needs slightly lower at 87.1%. English Language Learners have the lowest all course passing rate of 79.6%. African American students have a passing rate of 82.5%, Asian students 93.1%, Hispanic or Latino students 88.7%, Multi-race or non Hispanic or Latino 100%, and White 85.9%.
