About returns

Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after purchase is confirmed.

About uninstalling applications

Please note that if you uninstall the application, purchased digital content will be lost.

Purchase information is linked to the in-game User after purchase, so by restoring the original User ID using the save data management function, the purchase information can also be restored.

About device change

When changing devices, please use the in-game device migration function to transfer your data.

Restrictions on purchasing items

As part of our fraud prevention measures, we check your connection to the relevant platform (Google Play Games, Game Center, etc.) when purchasing in-game products that require payment with Gold Shards.

If a dialogue prompts you to connect to the platform, please try making the purchase after connecting to Google Play Games, Game Center, etc.
