Q. I cannot upload data to "Platform".
You may not be able to connect to each platform (GooglePlayGames/iCloud).
Android
Launch the "Play Games" application.
Open Settings and select "Change game account".
Check the Buriedbornes2 connection account. If it is not selected, select the GooglePlayGames account you wish to use.
Restart the game after completing steps 1-3.
iOS
Open OS Settings → Account Profiles → iCloud.
Among the apps that use iCloud, look for Buriedbornes2 and make sure it is checked.
Also make sure that there is enough remaining free space in iCloud.

Steam
Steam does not provide in-game platform upload.
SteamCloud provides backup of saved data by synchronizing when starting and exiting the game.

Q. I want to transfer my saved data to a new device.
Abbreviations are used in the following procedure explanation.
A = Source device
B = Destination device
In case of the same platform (e.g. Android → Android)
On A, open the Saved Data Manager and upload the data to the Platform.
On B, set the connection platform of Buriedbornes2 to the same platform as A. (Refer to the previous section)
On B, launch the game.
At this time, if you are launching the game for the first time, the saved data will be downloaded automatically.If it is not downloaded automatically, go to the title screen from the menu.
From the title screen, open the save data management, download from Platform, and restart the game.
For different platforms (e.g. Android → iOS)
On A, open the save data management and issue a backup code.
Keep the backup code and copy it to your device in some way.
(Please use email, online memo app, etc.)On B, launch the game.
Go to the title screen from the menu, etc.
Open the save data management from the title screen and use the backup code. At this time, enter the code copied in step 2.
Restart the game.
Q. I want to play on multiple devices.
The game account that was transferred in the previous step is shared among multiple devices.
You can upload the saved data from the Saved Data Manager to the Platform or Game Server and download it on the other device to pass the latest status to the other device.
Please note that the character that was retained when the data was downloaded from the Saved Data Manager will no longer be included in the score record.
Q. I want to restore my old account.
If you are connected to the platform's cloud service (Google Play Games, iCloud, SteamCloud) and there is data saved on the platform in the past, the previous saved data will be automatically restored when the game is first launched.
If that data is not present, you will need to restore from a backup code.
