During five days, teachers from Barcelona exchanged best practices with their danish peers.
These are the subjects that were discussed:
Competence based strategies in ages 16-18, through an observation tool that was created prior the mobility. This tool was tested and we identified some weak points that should be improved:
Prepare an introduction to share with the teacher that will be observed
Reduce the number of items to be observed
Clarify some sentences regarding the items as some might be confusing
Strategies to fight early school leaving in Mercantec
Vocational educational programs linked to a Batxillerat program (EUX). Teachers were able to visit lessons of EUX program and identify teaching strategies that foster the autonomy and initiative of the students.
International mobility projects for the future between partners.
