JUNYA

Trivia/History:

• Junya has been in the show business for quite a long time, even before being in his previous group. He went into acting first, after watching a drama on TV and thinking that it was cool. He was also in Hinode High School's "Showbiz" Class and had big names such as Fukushi Sota, Yoshizawa Ryo and Takeuichi Ryoma as his classmates (also Shirahama Aran, Iwamoto Hikaru, Kishi Yosuke and Takei Emi).
• It could be assumed that he started activities with the group "Change" (or Change Crew) in 2013 as this is when he joined Twitter with his public account. "Change" was affiliated with the AVEX Artist Academy, as was his second uni "dino". Daichi seems to have been but a support member at first but officially joined the group in 2015 as well along with another member, turning Change from a 5 member to a 7 member group). Former WhiteA member Kenta was also part of this unit and moved on to become part of WhiteA when Change was disbanded.
• WhiteA officially started in November 2016 (their anniversary is marked on November 27, which is one day after Junya's Birthday). Change had ceased to exist. For a while Junya, Takuya and Kouki did activities in two groups, WhiteA and dino respectively, but then the three graduated from dino and thus stopped activities with dino in 2017. WhiteA thus became their main unit.
• Junya's family owns three dogs, Nana a chihuahua (the oldest), Rin, a pug and Pan, a maltese and toy poodle mix puppy (and I think there was also another pug called Mei at some point?). Junya is also an only child (the only one in WhiteA, all the others have younger siblings) and he has always wanted a younger sister.
• Junya is also the only member of WhiteA to not have a driver's license.
