The CUNY Baruch College MSIO Student Association Executive Board aims to provide developmental and networking opportunities to students enrolled in the MS I/O Psychology program at Baruch College through workshops, presentations, and events. Our primary purpose is to establish a community in which students can access I/O-related knowledge and connect with classmates during their time at Baruch College and beyond. We also strive to help Baruch I/O Psychology Master’s students become more acquainted with and efficient in techniques and skills relevant to the field. The Association's values include community, openness, knowledge, innovation, and integrity, which we believe are fundamental elements of fostering successful collaboration with classmates, alumni, faculty, and I/O psychology professionals.
