Bangladesh Advance Robotics Research Center organized workshop on Advance Technology (Robotics & AI) on September 22, 2018.

Prof Dr AHM Kamal, head o.f the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Assoc Prof Jannatul Ferdous, Dept of CSE and Engr Mayn Unddin, Asst Prof of EEE Dept, were present at the workshop and delivered their valuable speech. They said that it's very essential to enhance advance technological knowledge among the students, and students should give more focus on research, innovation and development work with academic education.

The young scientist Engr Jimmy Majumder, who is working as a personal research assistant at NASA, founder of Bangladesh Advance Robotics Research Center and the CEO of Vision 2020 South-Asia for SDGs, was the keynote speaker at this workshop. Md.Rahatul Islam , CEO & Vice-president of Bangladesh Advance Robotics Research Center also a trainer of this workshop.He discussed about Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and IOT. He inspired the participators to contribute their best in this sector to implement the vision of Digital Bangladesh and he also enrolled them to represent Bangladesh in globally.BARRC JKKNIU Campus Tech ambassador Kanis Fatema Shanta played her role as a coordinator of the workshop and Monisha Dey was also responsible as an organizer.

At the end of this workshop, Engr Jimmy Majumder showed some of his innovative project like Humanoid Robot, Smart Public Sanitation System, Blind stick Robot, Security Robot, Controlling Devices etc. and he advised them about research paper and publication.
