Students who wish to request Pre-Lottery Housing Accommodations must reapply each academic year. The priority deadline to submit the request (and accompanying medical documentation) is:

Students who need to update their projected graduation date (to update their Point Value) must submit the form below by Friday, February 27, 2026.
Requests for the Registrar to change your graduation date must be supported by the number of credits you have earned. Changes to Point Values may take several days before showing up on the Housing Portal (starting in February).

All eligible students must complete the Intent Form to confirm if they will or will not be returning to campus housing for next year.

Students who wish to form groups for each Point Lottery are strongly encouraged to do so before the priority deadlines below:
400 Point Lottery = 10am Monday, March 23, 2026
300+ Point Lottery = 10am Monday, March 30, 2026
200+ Point Lottery = 10 am Friday, April 10, 2026
Note: Groups that form or reform after the Priority deadlines will inherit the last individual Lottery Number & Selection Time (see Groups for more information).
Selection Times generally run from 9am – 5pm on the following dates, with a new time starting every 5 minutes.
400 Points = Selection Times will run Tuesday - Friday, March 24 - 27, 2026
300+ Points = Selection Times will run Tuesday & Wednesday, March 31 - April 1, and Monday & Tuesday, April 6 - 7, 2026
Mixed Point Groups with 300 & 400 Point members formed before the priority deadline will receive a Priority Selection Time for the start of this round.
200+ Points = Selection Times will run Monday - Thursday, April 13 - 16, 2026
Mixed Point Groups with any 200 Point members formed before the priority deadline will receive a Priority Selection Time for the start of this round.

Students who are not able to select during the Lottery (or don't want to pick from what's available) must sign up for the Guaranteed List before the deadline below:
4pm, Friday, April 17, 2026
Students who do not pick a room or sign up for the Guaranteed List by the deadline will forfeit their guarantee of campus housing.
If you wish to cancel the room you selected (or cancel being on the Guaranteed List), you must do so by the date below to avoid a cancellation fee.
