Address for Parent Parking: 2705 Lynn Mountain Rd, Vale, NC 28168
Please park in designated areas in the field. There will be gaps left open so that vehicles can enter/exit areas designated by t-post & flagging tape per NCWRC. They did warn of some areas that have ditches as well.
All students should be at the designated area by no later than 6:30 am (This area will be on the left headed towards the rifle range per the map below. If this changes the day of the contest, an update will be sent out via Band.)
We cannot complete the safety check in until all team members are present.
The earlier we are checked in the earlier that teams can begin their rotations.
Parents are asked to donate drinks and snacks to be set up at the trailer for quick grab and go options during the day.
The Wildlife Club will be selling hamburgers / hot-dogs if you would like a warm meal for lunch.
No dogs or pets, open fires are drones are allowed at the event.
If you have others meeting you, this is the location you should give for them to meet you at.
Rotations
There is a chance that the competing teams will not be together during rotations. We will treat our "Trailer" as a base camp and all team members should stay with their group to rotate between stations, following the instruction of their designated coach/leader.
