DAY SEVEN
1. Today diffuse Stress Away, or if you put your roller filament on it, grab Lavender! You're gonna need it when you start learning how toxins fill our homes! Now go hop onto the computer and search the EWG database. https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/#.Wi3x2FWnHIU This is a non profit that have done research and taken the time to see how toxic everyday products are for ourselves and our families. I was shocked to learn that my lavender body wash and my method cleaner were full of fragrance! Not all of our products are in their rating systems, but once you learn how to read labels, you can become an expert at guarding your house from toxins. Read all about how Fragrance is the New Second Hand Smoke! : https://branchbasics.com/…/fragrance-is-the-new-secondhand…/
2. Now let's go take a bath or soak our feet as we absorb all this information. Mix 3-4 drops PanAway with a cup of Epsom salt and add it to your bath! Pure relaxation for those sore muscles. You never want to add oils straight in the bathtub because the oils are just going to sit right on the surface. Oil + water don't mix! I am also including a GREAT detox bath recipe below for you to try! Save the image to your phone/device and do this!! It is so good for you! Be sure to soak for 15-20 minutes to allow enough time to detox and time to reap the benefits of the great lemon, lavender, and peppermint trio!
3. Lastly, take a minute to download the Ref Guide 4 EO app. It's a $6.99 one time fee, but it'll teach you soooo much. There is a list of ailments and what oils to use. As well as a list of blends and single oils and what they do. It's super helpful! This is the only app I have ever bought, but it was worth it!!! AND, it transfers with you when you get a new phone or two! 😉 If you would also like to get a book copy to read, here is the large desk reference that will answer ALL your oily questions! https://www.discoverlsp.com/7th-edition-essential-oils-desk… Or there is the smaller book that is helpful for most of your questions: https://www.discoverlsp.com/7th-edition-essential-oil-pocke…
What did you look up? How was it rated? Did you get the reference app? It's great. I hope you find it as helpful as I do!
