Day 1

DAY ONE

1. Get your oils of their box & line them up on your counter or dresser or somewhere that they're out in front of you on a daily basis! Check the comments for 4 great ideas on how to store your oils!

2. Set up your diffuser. Fill it up with water to the red dot for the Dew Drop, or fill line on the inside of your diffuser (for the Desert Mist). Now, put 4-12 drops (depending on the size of your room) of an oil from your kit. Some great ones to start with are lavender, lemon, or peppermint. And then put the lid back on and press the button on the front of your diffuser. Try to diffuse everyday! 3. If you have another minute, glance through the beautiful product guide and magazine that came with your diffuser. I love the little labels that go on top of the oils, so you can see which oil you are grabbing on the go! (That's page 66 of the 2018 Product Guide)

4. Last thing! Throw your Ningxia packets into your fridge! They're best cold. We'll get these back out in a couple days!
