DAY FIVE
1️⃣ Diffuse Citrus Fresh and Lavender together. It's so uplifting and relaxing! You need 10-12 drops for a large room (so do about 6 of each oil) or 4-6 drops for a small room (2-3 of each oil).
2️⃣ Valor. This oil is AMAZING! Need some strength and courage? Grab valor! Need to hold an alignment after the chiropractor? Grab valor! I used this oil during my birth of Harper and loved it. I have used this on the first day of school for jitters. It is great for sports and performances as well!
