DAY THREE
1️⃣ Get out your water again, and today put a drop of peppermint in it! (ONLY 1!!!) This will help oxygenate your body. I love doing this in the mornings to help wake me up, or when I'm feeling nauseous, or in my water while I workout. Peppermint is a great oil to kick you into the next gear! (I like to put the oil in my cup first, then add ice, lastly top it off with water.)
(If you happen to be making brownies today, put 4-5 drops in the batter and then bake it. You'll thank me. 😉)
2️⃣ Before bed, or during a stressful part of your day, apply either Stress Away or Peace & Calming to the back of your neck. Stress Away will literally lower your blood pressure! This mama LOVES this one! It also smells heavenly. Oh & Peace & Calming! Do you have a toddler, teenager or husband? Put some on you for sanity and to your family member! You can also put 4 drops in your diffuser for everyone, even your pets! These oils are also great for sleep support, and one thing you will learn as you keep using your oils is that you will have favorites for sleep, for your water, and everything else! I love to use these oils when I need some calm in my life. Fun fact,Peace & Calming was out of stock forever because of the limited supply of Blue Tansy. That's why there is a Peace & Calming 2!
3️⃣ Do you see that little black & metal roller top in the bottom of your kit? Grab it! Choose an oil that you'd like to apply topically all day long, Stress Away, anyone? Or maybe your focused on getting back to health and Thieves is more of your jam. Whichever you choose, pop off the plastic stopper on the oil and push the roller top down onto your oil. You'll probably need to take the black too and screw it down hard to get the roller bottle to click on. And there ya have it! Throw that oil in your purse and use it all the live long day, with ease! Am I making no sense? Check out this video. She'll show you how to do it.
Hope you learned something today! What are you diffusing? Do you like the peppermint in your water? Did you get the roller top on? But most importantly, DID ANYONE MAKE BROWNIES?! (If you now have the urge to make brownies, click the picture below for a healthy Young Living recipe!)
