DAY FOUR
1️⃣ Today, get yourself some carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, or whatever you have!) and mix about 1/4 tsp with a drop or two or Thieves. Rub this on your feet. This will give your immune system a major boost! I recommend doing this every morning and night. If you bought those roller bottles a couple days ago, this is a good one to make into a roller.
2️⃣Do you have something sticky on a picture frame? Use your lemon! Lemon is a stain fighting goo gone packing into a little yellow bottle. Try it out! It really works!!! I like to make a spray of it! Add 15 drops of lemon and 2 ounces of distilled water in a glass spray bottle, and you are set! I used this in my classroom last week when a kid wrote all over himself, and it easily removed the ink!
3️⃣ After dinner, or a meal that just doesn't sit quite right on your stomach, add a drop of DiGize (pronounced dye-jize) and/or a drop of peppermint to a shot of water. This will settle your stomach in no time! Many people swear by this for reflux issues. Digize has a strong aroma to it, but it is an oil you don't want to store away and forget about! I also love to apply to my feet, then put a sock on to mask the odor!
