March Meeting Minutes

Recap Someone Special Dance

·        Went well

·        Key club was a big help

·        People showing up early- need to be ready much earlier

·        Sign up genius for help at check in/ setting up

·        Move fog machine to back corner so person running machine can make sure no one goes out the back door

·        ? still too loud- but much better noise wise

·        Possible theme for next year: Enchanted Forest

Teacher Appreciation

·         Courtney to follow up with Dr. Childs and get sign up genius going

Scholarships

·         Bring applications to next meeting for voting

Kindergarten Orientation

·         Make up packets with Booster and Facebook info in them as well as volunteer packets for fingerprinting.

·        Have photo op for kids to take pics at and to bring parents to Booster table

Reach the Beach

·         Music boosters are not interested in pairing up

·        Wills till do Reach the Beach but not stress about the number of volunteers

Book Fair

·         Set up on the 19th, Fair from 22-26th.

·        What’s the Scoop aggregable to  restaurant night

·        Book walk set up in hallway

Field Day

·        Should be all set with Kona

·        Ordering shirts for each class, all will be blue

Picnic for End of Year?

·         Need t talk with Dr. Childs about the date
