5.Entity 110, commonly known as Carnivorous Balloons, appear as balloons with a ribbon tied around their knot. They fill a sac inside their body with food and slowly let air out through their knot to make its smell waft through the floor, luring starving wanderers and entities to them. When prey is within their range, they'll attack with their venomous ribbon.
Carnivorous Balloons prefer Levels with plenty of hiding spots or poor visibility, as it makes it easier for them to catch their prey by surprise.
4.Hounds are humanoid entities with unkempt black hair on their heads and large mouths filled with sharp teeth. They have long bony limbs, sharp claws, have eyes that are fully white, lacking irises or pupils and walk on all-fours like a dog, hence their name. They are some of the more common hostile entities found in many levels of the Backrooms but are less common in the deeper levels. They are extremely dangerous and become agitated when they see someone in a hostile state, but can be intimidated (see Behaviors). Avoid hounds at all costs, even if one is in its neutral state.
3.Bacteria, also called Lifeform, are a species of hostile bipedal entities native to the Backrooms. Not much is known about them, as they are elusive creatures that have only been encountered a handful of times by lost wanderers or ASYNC researchers. It can be assumed that they were responsible for the deaths of Kane P. [Found Footage #1], Nicolas Bolton [Missing Persons], and potentially indirectly an unidentified woman [Found Footage #2].
2.Entity 10, more commonly known as the Skin-Stealers, are large humanoid entities that can wear the skin of their victims as a disguise. They eat human flesh when in a hunger state, and otherwise roam aimlessly if they do not need to eat. Their blood is translucent, and they can mimic human speech
1.Smilers are generally hostile, and there have been many confirmed sightings of them. They can be identified by their signature reflective eyes and teeth gleaming in the dark. The best way to escape a Smiler is to keep eye contact. Smilers tend to reside in dark areas on Level 2 and Level 3. Their Base is known to be "The Smiling Room
