Level 4 resembles an empty office building, though it is almost completely devoid of furniture. Some rooms on this level have windows, though most of them have been completely blacked out. Any windows that have not been blacked out are considered traps and should be avoided at all costs
Level 4 is widely regarded as a “rest stop” amongst wanderers, as a safe location for one to take a break during their journey.
Level 4.2 is an unconfirmed Sub-Level that has only been visited 3 known times. It seems to correspond with Level 4, as Level 4 is an abandoned office building and offices usually have parking garages. The only official information about this level was obtained through a post on r/backrooms by a Redditor named u/carolyncoolio, and messages with her.
Level 4.3's entrance is found within Level 4. This Level has visual similarities to Level 3 yet it still technically being in Level 4. The total area of Level 4.3 is unspecified. This area has been explored briefly, and information and recounts of people’s experiences with it are limited. It is described as being generally more decayed than most previous levels and contains an extreme lack of light sources; this warrants the use of a flashlight or other means when navigating in this level. It is known to be exceptionally dry and to contain a strong smell of mould and dust. This Level is a solid contrast to its entrance in Level 4, Although it does not share a lot of the key features found within Level 4.
Level 4.4 takes the form of an abandoned, bloody office space. The source of all the extra debris is unknown, since there seems to be no extra damage to any of the walls, floor, or ceiling. You can occasionally find windows, but these windows look out to water, with the surface of the water nor the floor of it visible through these indestructible windows.
