About CastleBranch Jefferson Community and Technical College - Nursing - Practical Nursing has partnered with CastleBranch, one of the top ten background check and compliance management companies in the nation to provide you a secure account to manage your time sensitive school and clinical requirements. The UW School of Nursing will have online access to your completed CastleBranch background check. A private national records verification agency is chosen by the School to run the background check, to date we use CastleBranch Background checks from other vendors, or that were completed for other schools through CastleBranch, are not acceptable. Background check purchase (receipt) through CastleBranch will be required to register for all education courses after 6 credit hours have been completed in the program.
CastleBranch (myCB) is the account for your program requirements, Medical Document Manager, Background Check and Drug Test (if required by program). Once you have your account created, you will download the Background Check forms which must be completed for the CastleBranch background check process.
