Arizona Libraries Digital Inclusion Resource Hub

Access to the internet is an essential service.

Public libraries are technology hubs for their communities. individuals who do not have home internet access, digital literacy skills, tech support, and devices.

All Arizonans have the right to access library and information services online, yet not all Arizonans have internet access or the digital literacy skills to use the internet.

Digital inclusion, the ability of individuals to access and use information and communication technologies, is inherent in supporting library services in the 21st century. Working towards digital inclusion underpins each of the State Library's goals of Information Access, Informal Education, Inclusive Communities, and Institutional Improvements (Arizona LSTA 2018-2022 5-Year Plan).
