About me

Greetings! I'm Kajal Brazwell your instructor. I grew up with many elements of Ayurveda, but never fully understood their significance until I entered my 40's.

It wasn't until recently that I started my own journey diving deeper into Ayurveda and incorporating it into my life.

I'm so happy about this opportunity to help you. It's life-changing and will undoubtedly bring balance and joy into your life!
