Elements: Fire and Water
Physical Attributes: Medium build, strong digestion, warm body temperature, sharp intellect, learns quickly, likes routines, courageous, perfectionist and expects this in others
Elements: Earth and Water
Physical Attributes: Can be heavyset, cold body temperature, deep sleeper, smooth skin and thick hair, slow moving, easygoing, methodical, carings, enjoys routines
Once you obtain your results, save a copy and review your imbalances. Make note of the Dosha type(s) that you are most like (it might be a combination of two Doshas) and use those as your Dosha type to find the best foods for yourself. You're now on your way to learning how to balance your diet and lifestyle!
After your Dosha quiz, go to the Self-Assessment link below and take few minutes to explain why you are interested in following the Ayurvedic lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve at the end of this course. People who regularly reflect on their experiences and reasons for doing something (especially something new) are more likely to finish what they started.
